Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute CRM campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging for CRM campaigns
- Utilize segmentation techniques to tailor campaigns for specific customer segments
- Manage email marketing campaigns and other CRM channels
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing results to derive actionable insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals and initiatives
- The Digital Marketing Team: you will work closely together with the other channel specialists on cross-channel initiatives
- The Branding Team: you will collaborate with the branding team to ensure the brand comes to life in all CRM communication
- The B2B Marketing Team: you will work together with the B2B Team to craft the communication plan for our dealers
- The Salesforce Team: the Salesforce team will enable you with the right technological setup to make the campaigns a success
