We are seeking an experienced CRM Campaigns Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' main CRM platform, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to ensure its full capabilities are leveraged to support business operations and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and customize email templates and content blocks using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and execute end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, database processing, and accurate delivery.
- Set up and configure email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email delivery, A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content implementation.
- Accurately track campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Work with CRM and first-party data to segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Run A/B tests for subject lines, content, and designs to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze test results and implement ideas to improve future campaigns.
- Review and test email campaigns on different email clients and devices to ensure flawless rendering and functionality.
- Monitor key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement indicators.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
- Contribute to the company's CRM strategy by implementing and managing software that meets company objectives, including customer segmentation and campaign management.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- 5 years' higher education.
- Master's degree in marketing and/or Ecom, or business school diploma.
- Fluent English and Dutch required, French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
- Customer focus, ability to work in a team, and collaborate actively.
