CRM Campaign Manager

As the CRM Campaign Manager at Accell Group, you will be responsible for overseeing and orchestrating multiple campaign sends across D2C and B2B, aiming to elevate customer engagement and loyalty in the long run and commercial KPIs in the short-run. This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, where you will have the autonomy to shape and execute strategies that directly impact our CRM success.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging customer data and insights to drive personalized and impactful communications;
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, the marketing & trading calendars and customer preferences;
- Utilize segmentation techniques to tailor campaigns for specific customer segments, optimizing relevance and effectiveness;
- Manage email marketing campaigns, and in the future more CRM channels, including campaign setup, deployment, and performance tracking as well as ongoing optimization;
- Own the testing agenda and ensure learnings are documented and implemented in an agile manner;
- Ensure that Salesforce features and innovation are used to amplify performance. We will invest in getting the CRM Campaign Manager up to speed in Salesforce;
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing results to derive actionable insights and optimize future campaigns for maximum impact and ROI;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
Your Stakeholders
- The Digital Marketing Team: you will be part of the digital marketing team and work closely together with the other channel specialists on cross-channel initiatives;
- The Branding Team: you will closely collaborate with the branding team in order to ensure the brand comes to life in all CRM communication;
- The B2B Marketing Team: You will work together with the B2B Team in order to craft the communication plan for our dealers;
- The Salesforce Team: the Salesforce team will enable you with the right technological set-up to make the campaigns a success.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business or related field;
- Proven experience (4 years) in email marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role;
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Highly analytical and number savvy, with in-depth experience using Salesforce, GA4, A/B testing tools and other technologies to drive actionable insights;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or collaboratively;
- Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate dependencies with different teams;
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
