As a Specialist CRM Campaigns Sale, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success for PVH, a leading global fashion company. Our CRM & Membership team is dedicated to building strong customer relationships and enhancing personalized member experiences.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing CRM campaign projects, reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing email marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including drafting briefs, leading creative kick-off meetings and reviews, managing translations, building emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyzing performance, and reporting results to key stakeholders.
- Executing CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining existing consumers, and rewarding top consumers to boost sales and marketing efforts.
- Enhancing the commercial success of scheduled newsletters by generating testing ideas and recommendations following a Test & Learn roadmap.
- Acting as a gatekeeper for Calvin Klein campaign projects, overseeing progress in alignment with the roadmap. Taking ownership of the backlog, prioritizing deliverables, and consistently assessing the potential value added by various projects.
- Keeping all stakeholders aligned and focused on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Maintaining project schedules and providing regular updates across involved teams.
- Representing CRM and actively participating in the development and enhancement of project management processes.
- Driving marketing automation initiatives and initiating projects to maximize the utilization of the current CRM infrastructure.
- Fostering day-to-day communication and updates with stakeholders across the business. Continuously reviewing and optimizing collaboration. Consulting with markets and stakeholders on leveraging consumer insights and profiles to drive engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in setting up large CRM campaigns, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in using SQL for segmenting and adjusting member selections.
- Adequate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Solid project management skills, experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar as a plus.
- Passion for innovation in marketing automation and campaigning.
- Results-driven and fact-based communication style.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and projects.
