CRM Campaigns Specialist

As a key member of our Calvin Klein CRM & Membership team, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. Our mission is to drive brand growth and success through customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
The RoleAs a CRM Campaigns Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of diverse campaigns, including Seasonal Sale campaigns and Cyber month. You will oversee email marketing campaigns from inception to completion, manage translations, build emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyze performance, and report results to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CRM campaign projects within Calvin Klein, including drafting briefs, leading creative kick-off meetings and reviews, and analyzing performance.
- Support CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining existing consumers, and rewarding top consumers to boost sales and marketing efforts.
- Drive newsletter success by generating testing ideas and recommendations following a Test & Learn roadmap.
- Act as a gatekeeper for Calvin Klein campaign projects, overseeing progress in alignment with the roadmap, and prioritizing deliverables.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned and focused on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Represent CRM and actively participate in the development and enhancement of project management processes.
- Drive marketing automation initiatives and initiate projects to maximize the utilization of the current CRM infrastructure.
- Foster day-to-day communication and updates with stakeholders across the business, and continuously review and optimize collaboration.
- Proven experience in setting up large CRM campaigns, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in using SQL for segmenting and adjusting member selections.
- Adequate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Solid project management skills, experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar as a plus.
- Passion for innovation in marketing automation and campaigning.
- Results-driven and fact-based communication style.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and projects.
