- Review and suggest improvements to existing global programs to ensure local relevance at scale.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and identify innovative opportunities to drive business success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers and markets to inform strategic decisions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Strong data analysis and segmentation skills, with experience in A/B testing.
- Ability to identify process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Operational excellence in campaign execution.
- A collaborative and open-minded team player with a passion for international markets.
- Fluent in English and German.
