CRM Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Campaign Specialist to join our team at PVH. As a key player in our Campaign Management team, you will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns from start to finish, connecting all the different parties involved.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including drafting briefs, managing translations, building emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyzing performance, and reporting results to key stakeholders.
- Execute CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining existing consumers, and rewarding top consumers to boost sales and marketing efforts.
- Enhance the commercial success of scheduled newsletters by generating testing ideas and recommendations following a Test & Learn roadmap.
- Represent CRM and actively participate in the development and enhancement of project management processes.
- Foster day-to-day communication and updates with stakeholders across the business.
- Experience in executing CRM campaigns within the email channel.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Affinity for analysis of (email) campaigns.
- Adequate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Project management skills, experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar as a plus.
- Passion for innovation in marketing automation.
- Results-driven and fact-based communication style.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and projects.
