We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients launch and optimize their Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to drive client success
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to enhance ad performance
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and sustainable ad spending
  • Engage with clients through phone consultations to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • In possession of a EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Spain
