We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaigns Specialist to join our team at PVH. As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer organization, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strong customer relationships through personalized member experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage CRM campaign projects from inception to completion, including drafting briefs, leading creative kick-off meetings and reviews, managing translations, and analyzing performance.
- Support CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining existing consumers, and rewarding top consumers to boost sales and marketing efforts.
- Drive newsletter success by generating testing ideas and recommendations following a Test & Learn roadmap.
- Act as a gatekeeper for Calvin Klein campaign projects, overseeing progress in alignment with the roadmap, and prioritizing deliverables.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned and focused on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Proven experience in setting up large CRM campaigns, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in using SQL for segmenting and adjusting member selections.
- Adequate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Solid project management skills, experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar as a plus.
- Passion for innovation in marketing automation and campaigning.
- Results-driven and fact-based communication style.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and projects.
