**Your mission should you choose to accept it**:
As our Commercial Intern you will be part of the Performance Hub team at the head quarters of The Social Hub in Amsterdam - The Support Hub. You'll experience a steep learning curve on anything sales and processes related in the B2B funnel. By combining analytical skills with can-do mentality, you will contribute to some of the most important projects we are working on. You will join the Growth Team in our headquarters and will be in the heart of commercial activity of The Social Hub. We expect you to be proactive, but you will have the opportunity to learn from experts with many years of experience. **We are looking for someone to join our team in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months starting in February 2025.**

Redefining hybrid hospitality since 2012, TSH sets standards on a global scale. Offering a community driven, socially inspired hotel concept with student accommodation, as well as long and short hotel-stay options, eat & drink, gym and rooftop bar facilities and coworking for every demographic, the company's success is unprecedented. With 16 hotels in 6 countries and plans to open at least 3 more locations each year until 2026, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play. **What You'll Do**
- You'll support in the coordination of B2B marketing, communications and assets production in cooperation with our Design Studio.
- You'll assist with coordinating the yearly B2B cycle.
- You'll support with the launch of our B2B offering.
- You'll support with the positioning at and coordination of international fairs and events.
- Cooperation with student facing platforms.
- You'll assist with the organization of the summer sales intern program.
- New hotel openings -You'll support with the market research and analysis, advising on channel selection, and creating a go-to-market strategy/plan.
- In everything you do you will be able to trace the results of your actions remember, we are the Performance Hub

**Who You Are**
- **You're a student** You're currently studying a relevant bachelor's in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
- Analytical and research skills are in your DNA, you connect the dots
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, other European language is a plus
- You have a strong passion for sales
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- You're comfortable in an ambitious and informal working environment
- You're currently enrolled in a European University
