Als Commercial Lead Energie leid je het commerciële team van Budget Energie met focus op sales, strategie en business development._

**Dit ga je doen**:
De afgelopen jaren zijn we enorm gegroeid in de energiebranche en inmiddels zijn we de nummer 4 energieleverancier van Nederland. We willen deze ontwikkeling doorzetten waarbij sturing op klantwaarde cruciaal is. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het op de juiste manier laten groeien van onze klantenbase, van het bepalen van de juiste propositie tot aan de keuze van de verkoopkanalen. Met jouw kennis en ervaring zorg je ervoor dat wij de volgende stap zetten in deze uitdagende branche en de ingezette groei verder maximaliseren. De scope reikt tot België, waar de Commercial Lead Energie eindverantwoordelijk is voor de Belgische dochteronderneming Elegant.

Als Commercial Lead Energie maak je deel uit van het commerciële team van Budget Energie en je rapporteert direct aan de Directeur Energie. Binnen dit team vallen alle verantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van sales (on
- en offline), pricing, inkoop en partnermanagement en je werkt nauw samen met het base en behoudsteam voor klantbehoud en cross-& upsell. De Commercial Lead geeft leiding aan Business Development, Manager Bewindvoering, Teamleider Sales Support en Partnermanager Energie.

**Dit doe je graag***:

- (gedeeltelijke) P&L verantwoordelijkheid (resultaat van de energie klantenbase);
- Leiding geven aan een jong en dynamisch team;
- Creëren van een duidelijke visie voor de toekomst van de energiemarkt;
- Verder ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van proposities en afzetkanalen;
- Rapporteren en updates verstrekken aan het management en de directie;
- Managen van interne stakeholders (Finance, IT, BPM, Directie, etc.);
- Beheren van het budget van het salesteam, inclusief kostenbeheersing en resourceplanning;
- Identificeren van kansen voor procesverbetering.

**Het klikt tussen ons als je**:

- Aantoonbare ervaring hebt (10 jaar+) in een vergelijkbare commerciële leidinggevende functie;
- Grote kennis hebt van de energiemarkt, inclusief de impact van verduurzaming;
- Klantgericht bent: in staat om klantbehoeftes te identificeren en daarop in te spelen met vernieuwende proposities;
- Leiderschap meebrengt: je moet je team kunnen inspireren en effectief kunnen leiden;
- Besluitvaardig en sterk in stakeholdermanagement bent; gesprekspartner voor relaties en stakeholders op elk niveau, van accountmanager tot directieniveau;
- Sterk analytisch vermogen hebt waarmee jij commerciële kansen signaleert en benut;
- Doelgericht bent: gedreven om je doelstellingen/KPI's te halen en te overtreffen; proactief en een echte dealmaker;
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden hebt en ervaring met het opstellen van contracten met externe partijen;
- Professionele gesprekspartner bent voor relaties en stakeholders op elk niveau, van accountmanager tot directieniveau.
