Reverse Logistics Coordinator

**Essential Role Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor incoming warehouse shipments
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
- Utilize IT tools to optimize procedures.
- Communicate with third party providers and clients to ensure timely updates of returns processing
- Keep logs and records of processed orders
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience in customer service or warehouse inventory management preferred
- Experience working within a warehouse environment
- Solid understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Experience in working in large teams but also on large projects alone
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Office programs
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Physical Requirements**
- Standing/Walking 75% of the time
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof
