**Wie zijn wij?**

Wij zijn Roularta, het multimediabedrijf dat kwalitatief hoogwaardige, onafhankelijke en relevante content voor zowel het brede publiek als specifieke doelgroepen creëert en verspreidt. Dit doen we via special interest magazines, meeslepende evenementen, online platforms en boeiende podcasts. Als een echt house of brands begeven we ons op de B2B en de B2C markt.

**Wat ga je doen in de rol van teamlead financial accounting?**

In de rol van Team lead financial accounting vervul je een cruciale functie in het beheer van de financiële administratie. Je stuurt het team financial accounting aan, fungeert als het primaire aanspreekpunt en je bent de bron van informatie voor het finance team. Samen met de financial controller zorg je ervoor dat de administratie efficiënt en correct verloopt. Bovendien dragen jullie gezamenlijk zorg voor een volledig auditdossier, waarin alle aansluitingen en specificaties van de (balans)rekeningen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de accountant.

Daarnaast;
- Krijg je ruimte om procesverbeteringen voor te stellen en te implementeren.
- Zorg jij, samen met het team, voor elke maandafsluiting dat de omzet en kosten tijdig, juist en volledig zijn verwerkt en dat alle balansrekeningen in control en gespecificeerd zijn.
- Fungeer je als een coachende kracht voor de rest van het team. Je begeleidt je collega’s naar een hoger niveau en zorgt dat het grootboekteam zijn taken tijdig en nauwkeurig uitvoert.
- Vorm je samen met de financial controller en de Finance manager het MT-financial control.

Je doet dit natuurlijk niet alleen: het finance team bestaat uit een finance manager, financial controller, drie grootboek medewerkers, financieel medewerker en een crediteurenmedewerker. Naast dit team werken we ook samen met ons shared service center in België.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Voor deze rol heb je een opleiding gevolgd op HBO niveau, bijvoorbeeld HBO Accountancy of soortgelijk;
- Je bent communicatief vaardig, energiek, nauwkeurig en initiatiefrijk;
- Je vindt het leuk om collega’s te coachen en te begeleiden;
- Je hebt goede kennis van Office, Excel en uiteraard zijn finance systemen jou niet vreemd;
- Je kijkt graag naar (proces) verbeteringen, houdt overzicht en werkt zelfstandig;
- Minimaal 3 - 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Ervaring binnen een organisatie met een complexe organisatiestructuur is een pre;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
