We’re young, fast-paced, and serious about scaling sustainable solutions across Europe. Now, we're looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to help propel us to new heights and drive massive change.
**The Role**:
As a Growth Manager at Sunrock, you'll be the driver of our future growth into new solutions and offerings as well as international expantion. This isn't just about business growth—it's about cultivating a sustainable future and reaching ambitious milestones, including serving 2 million people with clean energy by 2030.
**Your Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
**Business Development Optimization**:
- Own key metrics for new user acquisition (New project ins) and existing account retention (dashboarding)
- Manage and maintain dashboard and reporting to support leadership and business development teams in improving their sales funnel detailing new business, repetitive business and opportunities in new markets
- Prepare, distribute, and present monthly KPI reviews to cross functional stakeholders and senior management teams
- Reports to the BD managers, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a regular basis
- Optimizing sales funnel workflow - incl automation
- Support the development and execution of local business development strategy, working closely with Business Development leads in respective countries.
- Business partner with business development teams to analyze in-market execution and make recommendations for improvement in future business strategy
**Market Expansion and New Solutions**:
- Drive market expansion from a Business Development perspective, including onboarding of new countries and optimization of business development tools & processes (CRM system, sales decks, proposals).
- Build and maintain extensive knowledge of current and potential market characteristics and conditions.
- Track, analyze and review competition within the different markets and solutions - presentable in quarterly business review with the commercial teams
- Sharing market knowledge and insight in a clear and concise way - enabling business developers to benefit in their market approach
- Identifying new strategic business opportunities, agreeing appropriate responses with MD’s and BD leads
- Actively work with marketing team to support in performance reviews and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
**Solution Integration and Enhancement**:
- Identify new opportunities, support in roll out and implementation with the different BD teams and ensure reviews take place with the strategy and development team in the translation of new solutions into market & channel strategies.
- Prioritize a solution roadmap in line with growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business development, marketing, and engineering, to define, develop, and launch compelling customer experiences.
**What You Bring To The Table**:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA designation being highly advantageous.
- Analytical thinker capable of interpreting complex data to drive decision-making.
- Experienced in developing compelling client offers and refining business propositions.
- Highly skilled in product management with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences.
- Expert in Customer Relationship Management systems with a comprehensive understanding of market segmentation and client/product dynamics.
- Knowledgeable about emerging market trends and growth opportunities.
- Proficient in managing projects with multiple dependencies and complexities.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and possessing strong business acumen.
- Creative and innovative, with a capacity for thinking outside the box.
