**Manager IT Application Development and Support team**:
Binnen Global wordt hard gewerkt aan de totstandkoming van een nieuw applicatielandschap, dat alle Internationale ondernemingen zal ondersteunen met standaard functionaliteiten van product management tot warehousing en logistiek. Daarbij worden alle huidige verschillende (ERP) applicaties vervangen door een kern die met Outsystems Lowcode wordt ontwikkeld, aangevuld met standaardpakketten voor bijvoorbeeld finance, ESB, logistiek, HR en een Enterprise Service Bus.

Dit nieuwe applicatielandschap zal vanaf einde 2024 tot einde 2026 gefaseerd in gebruik worden genomen bij al onze dochterondernemingen, in Nederland en daarbuiten. Hiermee zullen alle nu in gebruik zijnde ERP’s worden vervangen. Dit betekent ook dat de nu versnipperde (decentrale) applicatie support teams na overgang zullen opgaan in één centraal Application Development en Support team. Dit is een nieuw te organiseren en formeren team bestaande uit huidige medewerkers en nieuw aan te stellen mensen die de doorontwikkeling en support van ons zelf ontwikkelde Outsystems ERP platform verzorgen, alsmede voor de ESB en het beheer van de standaardpakketten.

Om mede richting en invulling en leiding te (gaan) geven aan dit team, zoeken wij een ervaren handson leider.

**Wat verwachten wij?**
- Vooral een praktisch ingestelde professional die vanuit een natuurlijke autoriteit en bewezen trackrecord opereert. Iemand die van wanten weet en zijn teams naar een hoger niveau weet te brengen.
- Ruime ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere teams, in samenwerking met een business product owner en -voor de huidige ERP’s
- met een change advisory board;
- Bekend met diverse manieren van organiseren, aansturen en motiveren in development en beheer, agile/scrum, ITIL, BiSL, ASL;
- Speelt een pro-actieve rol in de doorontwikkeling, realisatie en verbeteringen in ons landschap, op basis van business waarde, effort en kosten van uitstel;
- In staat om inhoudelijk de lead te nemen, niet op basis van theorie maar praktijk en autoriteit;
- Voldoende bekend met software ontwerpen, architectuur en richtlijnen om ook vanuit de inhoud een gesprekspartner te zijn van de teams en medewerkers;
- Je bent de eerst verantwoordelijke voor de instandhouding (en realisatie) van het volledige applicatielandschap en je speelt vanuit deze portefeuille een actieve vol in het IT managementteam
- Goede sociale vaardigheden; no-nonsense en Can-Do mentaliteit;
- Aantoonbare relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving en situatie.

In deze functie zal je rapporteren aan de ICT-Director.

Je standplaats is bij Inter-Sprint in Moerdijk maar je zult ook een deel van je tijd werken op andere locaties van Global.
