Ben jij de Sustainability Manager met mínimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie? Kun jij de functie vormgeven en ga jij samen met collega’s op verschillende niveaus binnen onze organisatie sustainability beleid opstellen, acties definiëren en resultaten monitoren voor onze locaties in de regio’s Eindhoven en Tilburg?

Voor onze multi-client locaties in de regio’s Eindhoven en Tilburg zijn wij op zoek naar een Sustainability manager die onder andere de hoofdrol neemt in het opstellen, overzien en managen van een roadmap met betrekking tot Sustainability doelstellingen voor RCL-NL. Deze roadmap omvat een multi-site portfolio van programma’s en workstreams om onder andere te gaan voldoen aan onze ambitie om geheel CO2 neutraal te zijn.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de senior Manager Quality & Compliance. Je hebt contact met onze verschillende (site)MT’s, onze klanten en onze collega’s in hetzelfde werkveld in binnen en buitenland. Je bent een gemotiveerde zelf starter die uiteraard zelfstandig werkzaam kan zijn.

Werkzaamheden:

- Het mede-bepalen en uitvoeren van het sustainability beleid, strategisch en compliance gedreven ESG (Environmental Social Governance); SDG (Sustainable Development Goals).
- Het opstellen van periodieke duurzaamheidsverslaglegging, de analyse van resultaten en het formuleren van acties ter verbetering hiervan.
- Afstemming van onze rapportages op internationale standaarden CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive); ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards)
- Voorzitterschap van verschillende workstreams.
- Presentatie van opgestelde plannen en rapportages in verschillende MT’s.
- Deelnemen aan overleg met klanten.

Wat vragen wij:

- HBO/WO denk
- en werkniveau, met bij voorkeur een achtergrond in corporate Sustainability;
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke omgeving;
- Kennis van ISO 14001 en 50001 is een pre;
- Je bent zorgvuldig, doortastend, zelfstandig, stressbestendig en in staat om op diverse niveaus te communiceren en te overtuigen;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende plannings en organisatorische vaardigheden.

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Nederland bestaat op dit moment uit zes locaties. Alle locaties zijn gevestigd in de omgeving Tilburg-Eindhoven. Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Nederland biedt een grote verscheidenheid aan logistieke diensten aan zoals warehousing, orderpicking maar ook value added services en managed services zoals customer services, import en export documentatie, sales support. Op deze manier is Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Nederland in staat om de klantenbehoeften volledig uit handen te nemen.
