As the Marketing Manager at Flex IT you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the growth of our ITAD-, Rental-, and distribution business. You will lead a team of 3 FTE and work closely with various departments to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day tasks to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support the company's overall business objectives with a focus on digital marketing.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship, and conducting evaluations.
- Act as a project manager/ program manager for cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the company’s branding and reputation, ensuring consistent and positive brand messaging.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure resource efficiency and maximum impact on growth goals.

**General Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including:

- Knowledge of **lead nurturing strategies** to move prospects through the marketing funnel and convert them into qualified leads.
- Experience in planning, promoting, and executing **webinars** and other virtual events to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Understanding of **social media platforms** with experience in developing social media strategies, analyzing performance, and adjusting strategies based on key metrics.
- Ability to develop a **content **calendar and coordinate with team members to create engaging and relevant content.
- Knowledge of **website management** and optimization, including familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate marketing professionals.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
- Motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
