Als Accounting Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assisteren van de Assistent Director of Finance bij het uitvoeren van zijn verantwoordelijkheden. Het verzorgen van de crediteuren & grootboek administratie, het verwerken van betalingen en zorgen voor een goede management rapportage. Als back-up fungeren m.b.t. salaris verwerking, debiteuren & inkoop administratie, Income audit & general cashier. De werkzaamheden op zich nemen van DTC (Departmental Training Coördinator)

**Your day-to-day**

**People**
- Geeft mede leiding aan de afdeling Accounting en Purchasing
- De taken organiseren & coördineren zoals deze behoren bij een Afdeling Training Coördinator.
- Onderhouden van contacten met medewerkers, afdelingshoofden, collega van andere vestigingen en hoofdkantoor.
- Deelnemen aan intern overleg.

**Financial**
- Creëren en verbeteren van de beschikbaar gestelde automatische systemen
- Kent de Administrative Policies en Procedures & de Chart of Accounts
- Balance sheets, P&L statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Cash-Flow, Forecast revenues, Cost control, End of Month Report en accounting package.
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor de Debiteuren, Crediteuren, Salaris administratie en
- General Ledger.
- Het dagelijks verwerken en archiveren van gegevens zodat alles tijdig afgehandeld wordt, Controle op het goed archiveren van de gehele Grootboek administratie incl. BTW, Loonbelasting, Sociale lasten en Salaris gegevens
- Zorgt ervoor dat alle ontvangen facturen eerst gecontroleerd en daarna gecodeerd worden
- voordat deze in het systeem worden ingevoerd.
- Maakt betalingen gereed voor akkoord in het bank systeem.
- Heeft een leidende rol om de maandelijkse journaalposten te verwerken (incl. bank).
- Het assisteren bij General cashiering, Petty cash, Audit pack, City Ledger.
- Helpt bij de opstelling van diverse aangiftes voor instanties (b.v. Belastingdienst, UWV & CBS) en zorgt dat deze tijdig wordt aangeleverd.
- Verstrekken en (laten) samenstellen van diverse financiële overzichten op verzoek van de General Manager of Director of Finance & Business Support.
- Formuleren van schriftelijke toelichtingen bij rapportages e.d. in de Engelse taal.

**Responsible business**
- Navolging van locale wetten en regelingen (o.a. archivering).
- Bevorderen dat gegeven richtlijnen, administratieve procedures, etc. op de juiste wijze worden nageleefd, inclusieve C.S.A. (Controle Self Assessments).

**Wie ben jij?**
- Een afgeronde opleiding in Accounting / HBO / Hotelschool
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in accounting, bij voorkeur in een hotel
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent nauwkeurig
- Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je bent resultaatgericht
- Je beschikt over leiderschapskwaliteiten
- Je hebt affiniteit met IT
