Onze BU’s in Capelle aan den IJssel zijn gespecialiseerd in diensten en oplossingen op het gebied van Datacenters, Collaboration, Connectivity, Integration en Security.

**FunctionDescription**:
Als Company Controller zorg je met jouw ondersteuning, dat alle Business Units binnen de BV volledig in control zijn over hun financiën. Dit op een wijze dat zij de juiste keuzes kunnen maken voor een succesvolle en financieel gezonde toekomst. Daarnaast geef je sturing aan de afdeling Finance en draag je zorg voor de financiële eindrapportage van de BV richting de directie en andere stakeholders.
- Het (doen) verzorgen van de maandafsluiting door middel van het verwerken, bewaken en controleren van boekingen, evenals het constateren en analyseren van administratieve gegevens;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de kwartaal-, halfjaar
- en jaarrapportage in een vast format, welke naast de maandrapportage uitgebreide toelichtingen omvat;
- Het leveren van een bijdrage in de managementteams van de BU’s en het adviseren van het management ten aanzien van resultaatverbetering, optimalisering, kostenbeheersing etc.;
- Inhoudelijk sturen en ontwikkelen van het team F&A medewerkers;

Naast Company Controller ben je ook Business Controller voor de Business Unit Cyber Security. In deze rol ben je het financiële geweten van de Business Unit Manager en samen met de HR Business Partner onderdeel van het Management Team.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de analyse, interpretatie en rapportage van de financiële voortgang;
- Formuleren van de begroting van de Business Unit en bent betrokken bij het formuleren van kostprijzen voor nieuwe diensten binnen het portfolio;
- Controle over de voortgang van de projecten en servicecontracten die in portefeuille zijn. Onderdeel hiervan is dat je de kosten en uren op de contracten analyseert.
- Frequent wordt de aandacht verlegd tussen werkzaamheden.

**JobRequirements**: Je bent onderdeel van het Cyber Security, Management Team en het Finance Team dat bestaat uit meerdere Business Controllers. Daarnaast geef je sturing aan de Financieel medewerkers. En wordt je ondersteund door twee Assistent Controllers.
- Verantwoordelijkheid, vertrouwen en transparantie zijn voor jou erg belangrijk;
- Het gevraagde algemene niveau is gesteld op HBO/WO in economische richting;
- Je hebt tenminste 10 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Je weet jouw beschikbare tijd goed in te delen en kunt leveren onder druk;
- Je bezit de juiste vaardigheden als people manager om medewerkers te motiveren, te coachen en te ontwikkelen;
- Kennis van en ervaring met Power BI, diverse ERP-pakketten en Excel is vereist.
