**Koole Terminals is a fast growing, independent storage, processing, and logistics company that offers integrated and innovative services for bulk liquid energy products. As we continue to expand our operations and explore new growth opportunities, we are seeking a talented and analytical Operations associate to support our Business Unit Director with all improvement projects and initiatives at our Rotterdam terminals.**

**Where will you will be working**:
As Operations associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations, strategic decision-making, and project execution. You will work closely with our Business Unit Director and various other members of the management and operational teams to drive business performance and optimize operational efficiency.

**Representative activities**:

- Collaborate with our management team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic and project plans to achieve our company’s objectives.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to all stakeholders within our organization
- Evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency and consider company-wide environment and way of working
- Assist in intercompany, or market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences
- Prepare presentations and business cases to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to the management team and key stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Academic Master’s degree (Technical/Engineering, Business/Economics or related field)
- 0-5 years of hands-on experience with business analysis (prior experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Development, optimization or a related field is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation purposes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Dutch language is essential in this roleundefined
