Als Inland operations agent werk je pro-actief om het transport process in goede banen te leiden, zowel richting onze vervoerders alsmede naar onze interne collega’s welke in directe verbinding staan met onze klanten.

Korte samenvatting:

Je stemt elke dag vraag & aanbod van onze transporten zo optimaal mogelijk af. Je verzamelt gegevens voor een zo volledig mogelijke inschatting van de capaciteit in ons transport planning systeem. Je controleert onze leveranciers op tijdige levering en springt zo nodig in de bres voor onze klanten om de klantervaring zo goed mogelijk te laten zijn. Je neemt het voortouw in communicatie met andere afdelingen om processen te verbeteren en problemen voor te zijn. Je wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen, zowel in de breedte als in de lengte

Omschrijving

Elke dag treed je het ‘Jackie Chan’ gebouw binnen met een grote glimlach. Gisteren was een hectische dag, maar je hebt toch mooi een container vol met nieuwe schoenen op tijd op lokatie weten te krijgen. De klant is zeer blij met jouw actie want nu kan de schoenzesdaagse gewoon doorgaan. Vandaag staat een Teams call op de agenda met de collega’s van customer service afdeling. Hopelijk kunnen jullie samen een oplossing bedenken voor de leveringen van chocolade naar Amsterdam. Oh ja, vanmiddag de interne meeting met directe collega’s om nieuwe ideeen te bespreken en te implementeren. Wat te denken van een nieuwe rapportage voor het verbeteren van tijdige leveringen? Voor je het weet is de dag voorbij en heb je weer heel wat transporten kunnen redden en klanten tevreden gemaakt. Je gaat met een glimlach weer naar huis

Pro-actief werkt Graag zelf aan de slag gaat en niet wacht totdat er instructies gedeeld worden Liever samen werkt aan een oplossing dan alleen Kwalitatieve mensen om zich heen verzamelt voor het beste resultaat Een open mind voor de mening van anderen Graag complimenten ontvangt maar zeker ook niet vergeet deze uit te delen Alternatieven zoekt als het eerste antwoord negatief is Service levert volgens de behoeften van de klant en continue streeft naar een dienstverlening om de behoeften te overtreffen Buiten de box zoekt naar nieuwe ideeen Kennis heeft van scheepvaart en transport planning Vloeiend Nederlands alsmede Engels spreekt Kennis van macro’s, PowerBI, Website, etc (pre)
