DE FUNCTIE

Als Teamlead Operations Support stuur je een gedreven team van support medewerkers aan. Het Operations Support team ondersteunt de dagelijkse operatie, waarbij het oplossen van gebruikers problemen en trainen van medewerkers binnen de logistieke systemen centraal staat. Daarnaast heeft het team een belangrijke rol bij projecten zoals implementaties van nieuwe klanten of processen en migraties naar nieuwe IT systemen.

Wat GA JE DOEN

In deze rol stuur je het Operations Support team aan. Daarnaast neem je deel aan belangrijke projecten, namens het team.

Je fungeert daarbij als aanspreekpunt voor andere afdelingen. De taken van het Operations Support team zijn, onder andere:

- Prioriteren van de vragen / problemen en deze in juiste volgorde afhandelen;
- Problemen analyseren en zoeken naar mogelijkheden om structureel te verbeteren;
- Het inschakelen van IT indien het probleem, na analyse, niet zelf opgelost kan worden;
- Het bereikbaar zijn buiten kantoortijden, om storingen te verhelpen;
- Documenteren van klant specifieke instellingen (rules) welke niet in de interface specificaties staan;
- Oplossen van gebruikersfouten en data
- / kwaliteitsproblemen;
- Up to date houden van systemen (data);
- Onderhouden, aanmaken en controle customer data;
- Proces veranderingen testen alvorens deze live te zetten;
- Trainen van gebruikers op nieuwe en bestaande processen.

De Teamlead Operations Support heeft een helikoperview, werkt daarbij graag samen met andere afdelingen en kent een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je hebt een kritische kijk op zaken en bent analytisch sterk en in staat prioriteiten stellen. Je bent een team-player en leidinggeven is voor jou een tweede natuur

***Daarnaast breng je de volgende kennis & ervaring mee:

- Minimaal HBO denk
- en werkniveau;
- Zeer goede beheersing Engelse taal;
- Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring;
- Sterke kennis van logistieke processen en systemen (SAP / WMS);
- Ervaring in diverse marktsegmenten als healthcare, high tech en B2C alsook het (her)kennen van de specifieke (logistieke) vereisten pre
- Sterke Kennis van MS Office pakketten, Power BI, computerapparatuur, programmatuur en datacommunicatie.

De Teamlead Operations Support werkt veel samen met de afdelingen Inventory, Accountmanagement, Warehouse, Engineering en IT. Deze rol rapporteert aan de Manager Operations Support
