**Your assignment**:
Some of your tasks may include, but will not be limited to:
- Get familiar with the picometer measurement setup of VSL;
- Define a concept design for this test setup, review this with the ASML team and make a final design including drawings;
- Build a prototype test setup and verify its proper operation in the measurement setup of VSL;
- Conduct a first set of measurements to demonstrate the functionality of the setup;
- Report on your activities and achievements.
**Your profile**:
To be the match for this internship, you:
- Are busy with your master's in Mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on precision engineering and/or mechatronics;
- Are prepared to travel between Eindhoven and Delft for cross collaboration;
- Are solution oriented and have a hands-on mentality;
- Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
This is an apprentice/ graduation internship for 5 days a week (3-4 days on-site) with a duration of a minimum of 5 months. The start date is September 2024.
**Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.**
