Ons hotel ligt centraal en is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Amsterdam. Het historische gebouw van NH City Centre Amsterdam was vroeger het hoofdkantoor van het kledingbedrijf Gerzon en sommige van de originele details zijn nog zichtbaar in het pand. Door de centrale locatie is oer is altijd wat te beleven in ons hotel en is geen dag is hetzelfde.

Ons team komt uit alle windstreken en werkt ook al lang in ons hotel. En dat komt door de positieve, open en vriendelijke sfeer die in ons team hangt. Maar zeker ook door de mogelijkheden om door te groeien binnen onze keten.

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de Food & Beverage Service afdeling en je rapporteert aan de Director of Food and Beverage, tevens ben je onderdeel van het Management Team. Als Food & Beverage Manager evalueer en stimuleer je jouw team om het maximale uit het zichzelf te halen en zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Je identificeert en communiceert knelpunten en helpt deze op te lossen. Verder bewaak je de uitvoering van interne procedures en wetgevingen, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van budget & planning en HACCP. Tenslotte onderhoud je een nauwe band met de gasten en ben je, indien nodig, aanspreekpunt bij complimenten en klachten.
