NH Amsterdam Leidseplein ligt aan de zuidzijde van de binnenstad, direct aan het Leidseplein. Trams van meerdere kanten kruisen het plein en stoppen bijna voor de deur. Zowel het museumplein als de winkelstraten Leidsestraat en de PC Hooftstraat liggen op steenworp afstand. Ook de stadsschouwburg, het vondelpark en de gezelligste cafés en restaurants vind je in de buurt. Dit is fijn voor onze gasten maar natuurlijk ook voor ons. Want na een drukke dienst met bezette vergaderzalen, een groepslunch en veel check-ins is een sluitdrankje op het levendige Leidseplein met collega's toch gezellig? De vriendelijke sfeer die er heerst tussen het jonge receptieteam en de vertrouwde gezichten van collega's in het restaurant, maakt dit de fijnste werkplek.

Samen met de Food and Beverage Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de Food and Beverage afdeling van ons hotel. Denk hierbij aan het coördineren en plannen van de werkzaamheden, het coachen en ontwikkelen van het team, het bewaken van kwaliteits
- en hygiënestandaarden en natuurlijk het optimaliseren van het bedrijfsrendement. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat de gast op het gebied van eten, drinken en gastvrijheid niets te kort komt. Daarnaast ben je als Assistant Food & Beverage Manager verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en organiseren van uiteenlopende partijen. Tenslotte onderhoud je een nauwe band met de gasten en ben je, indien nodig, aanspreekpunt bij complimenten en klachten.
