Our hotel is centrally located in Amsterdam and is the perfect place for a visit to Amsterdam. The historical building of our hotel used to be the head office of the clothing company Gerzon. Some of the original details are still visible within the hotel. Due to the location, our hotel is a very dynamic place, there is always something to do, and no day is the same.

We have a diverse and multi-cultural team and most of our team members have been working for a long time in our hotel already, mainly due to the positive and friendly vibe in our team. We welcome everyone with open arms and offer plenty of possibilities to grow in our hotel and company.

You are responsible for the Food & Beverage Service department and you report directly to the Director of Food and Beverage. You are part of the Management Team of the hotel. As Food and Beverage Manager you evaluate and encourage your team to get the most out of themselves and to keep developing themselves. You identify and communicate bottlenecks and help to solve them. You also monitor the implementation of internal procedures and legislation, for example in the field of budget & planning and HACCP. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the first point of contact for compliments and complaints.
