**Company Description**
Hi there, potential colleague Join us in our mission to become a driver of positive change in the eyewear industry.

Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new **Recruitment Intern **by supporting the Recruitment Team in the hiring process and actively sourcing for enthusiastic new colleagues.

This position is** full-time** and **available from August 15th (a later start date is optional as well)** at our** HQ in Amsterda**m for a period of **6 months**

Don’t worry if you don’t have any previous experience in recruitment, we’ll guide you along the way

**You’ll**
- Be actively sourcing on Linkedin for various roles and owning the pipeline of profiles;
- Be in contact with different retail hiring managers to to ensure the best recruitment process;;
- Learn the ins and outs of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters;
- Working on innovative ideas to enhance our employer brand;
- Have a better picture of what it means to be a recruiter.
- As a certified B-Corp, we take careful consideration of the impact of the decisions we make at work on the planet & on people. In that way, together, we can continue our goal of becoming a more responsible business._

**You...**
- Are studying or recently graduated preferably in Human Resources, Business Studies or similar;
- Have excellent people and communication skills;
- Our communication language is English, if you speak Dutch and/or German is a plus;
- Are a teamplayer, flexible and like to be in contact with different people;
- Are independent, very structured and proactive;
- Have a hands-on mentality;
- Are interested in learning more about recruitment, that is the most important thing
