Job Responsibilities

- Update recruitment systems with new requisitions and ensure job specifications are properly written and formatted.
- Screen candidate profiles and coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews.
- Support hiring managers in the recruitment process globally.
- Maintain a total recruitment overview and stay in contact with universities and external agencies.
- Review and update job profiles, uploading job specifications into our recruitment system and publishing job advertisements.
- Schedule and join virtual or personal interviews between managers and candidates.
- Organize relevant forms and documents to meet company standards.
- Lead G-Star Raw's internship recruitment and intern community & events.
- Support employee onboarding processes and arrangements.

Requirements

- Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Pro-active, energetic, and driven intern with experience in MS Office applications.
- Interest in new recruitment trends, such as gamification and AI.
- Bachelor/Master in Human Resources related education, enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands or EU.
- Ability to start in February 2025 for a period of 5 to 6 months.
- Strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
