Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can lead by example and inspire our team to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR department, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Sources and develops talent using best practice examples
  • Strategic planning and monitoring of personnel costs


Requirements:

  • A university degree in hotel management, business administration or an equivalent qualification
  • At least three years' experience as an HR manager, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor and social security law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate employees and lead by example
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other PC applications
