Sales Manager, Human Pharma

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
As our **Sales Manager **, you will be commercially responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving the sales strategy within your designated region and therapeutic area. You will manage the sales operations comprehensively, provide strategic direction, and support your team to drive commercial success and exceptional customer engagement.
In your role, y ou will evaluate sales performance, analyze available data, develop and, follow up on customer engagement plans. Moreover, you will champion the use of multiple digital channels to engage with customers.
Apart from being responsible for building, leading and developing your team, you will interact and work closely with many different internal teams such as: Brand Management, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance and many more.
We are looking for Sales Managers for the following two regions**:North **and **Randstad/West **.
This is a **field-based role **, and you will report directly to the **Unit Head, Human Pharma **.**

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create and implement regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Drive sales and market share objectives while actively looking for new business opportunities together with the team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and execute business plans, including win-win partnerships.
- Coach the team with a focus on driving customer engagement by providing on-going feedback and leveraging technologies and tools.
- Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs and market conditions.Leverage and communicate data effectively to inform sales strategies and customer interactions.
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- **At least 5 years **of sales experience **in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a **proven track record of managing a sales team **.
- **Previous experience in the diabetes, chronic kidney disease and cardiology is preferred **.
- Strong expertise in sales leadership and strategic account management.
- Solid networks and understanding of the Dutch Healthcare system.
- Proficiency in **Dutch and English **.
- You are result-oriented, innovative, accountable, and agile.You possess a valid driver’s license.
