Business development Support - Japan

As a Business development Support, your primary responsibility is to assist customers and our Local Business Developer with inquiries, issues, and requests regarding products or services offered by the company. This typically involves:
Problem Resolution: Addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and satisfactory manner. This may involve troubleshooting technical problems, facilitating returns or exchanges, or escalating complex issues to higher levels of support.

Providing Information: Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, company policies, and procedures to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Processing Orders and Requests: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and fulfilling other service-related requests.

Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure a comprehensive record of customer interactions and to track trends in customer feedback.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, showing empathy, and demonstrating a willingness to help.

Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer based on their needs or preferences.

Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Following company guidelines, policies, and procedures related to customer service, privacy, security, and compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Providing feedback to management on customer issues, trends, and suggestions for improving products or services to enhance the overall customer experience.

Overall, as a Business Development Support, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of the company by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications and requirements
- Japanese native speaker
- Fluent English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use computers and computer systems, to process and verify information, and to resolve conflicts or negotiate
