**Your job**:
We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Office & Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and executive team in a supportive and dynamic environment. You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to step into a role where your contributions truly matter.

**Executive Assistant**:
- Provide day-to-day support to our CEO/ Executive team, assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements and itineraries, and general administrative tasks.
- Organize and prepare internal and external meetings, and follow up on action items.
**Workplace Management**:
- Promote a positive office environment encouraging engagement and collaboration.
- Handle facility management: coordinating office maintenance, office supplies, and liaising with service providers to ensure a smooth, efficient workspace.
- Coordinate a small team of office assistants.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars.
- Organize company-wide communications and initiatives such as events, training, and other special initiatives.

**Required Skills**:
- Native in Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a startup, scale-up or a fast paced environment.
- Proactive and efficient attitude.

- Skilled in effective communication across all levels of the organization, including employees, C-level executives, and external partners.

You are working in a diverse and international environment from our offices in the heart of Amsterdam. - 40 or 32 hours contract
