- 24-40Als Customer Services Agent bij TUI ben je verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch adviseren van onze klanten voor ze op vakantie gaan. Ook houd je onze vakantiegangers op de hoogte van eventuele wijzigingen. Natuurlijk zorg je voor blije klanten, waardoor je ook bijdraagt aan de gestelde (commerciële) resultaten.
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Adviseren van klanten over het volledige aanbod van TUI-pakketreizen en vliegtickets.
- Aanvullend advies geven over extra opties zoals verzekeringen, autohuur, transfers, excursies en event tickets.
- Telefonisch verwerken van boekingen.
- Informeren van klanten over wijzigingen in boekingen en ervoor zorgen dat zij alsnog een onbezorgde vakantie tegemoet gaan.
- Door uitstekende service zorg je voor blije klanten en het behalen van commerciële doelen.
**Over jou**:
- Je hebt een commerciële mindset en werkwijze.
- Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en het opbouwen van relaties.
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie.
- Affiniteit met toerisme en reizen.
- Je bent bekend met het administratief afhandelen van werkzaamheden.
- **Fulltime beschikbaar tijdens de onboarding training (maandag - vrijdag)**.
- Flexibel inzetbaar voor verschillende shifts door-de-weeks en in het weekend.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

**OVER ONS AANBOD**
- Een bruto salaris van €2.250;
- op fulltime basis.
- Na 3 maanden werkzaam te zijn bij TUI, de mogelijkheid om 3 dagen per week vanuit huis te werken (op fulltime basis).
- Maar liefst 24 vakantiedagen en 8 ADV-dagen op fulltime basis, met de optie om extra dagen bij te kopen.
