- 24-40Als Customer Services Agent bij TUI ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van telefonisch klantadvies over onze pakketreizen en houd je de klant op de hoogte van eventuele wijzigingen. Hierdoor zorg je voor blije klanten en draag je bij aan de commerciële resultaten van TUI.

**OVER DE FUNCTIE**- Je adviseert de klant over het volledige aanbod van de TUI-pakketreizen en vliegtickets;-
- Je assisteert de klant met het boeken van een TUI vakantie;-
- Aanvullend geef je advies over extra opties zoals verzekeringen, autohuur, transfers, excursies of event tickets;-
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch verwerken van de boeking;-
- Bij wijzigingen in de boeking geef je dit door aan de klant en zorg je dat zij alsnog een onbezorgde vakantie tegemoet gaan;-
- Door je goede service draag je bij aan het halen van commerciële doelen;-
- Het maken van een assessment maakt onderdeel uit van het sollicitatieproces.**OVER JOU**- In het bezit van een commerciële mindset en werkwijze;-
- Je krijgt energie van klantcontact relaties;-
- Ervaring in een commerciële functie;-
- Affiniteit met de toeristische branche;-
- Administratief afhandelen van je werkzaamheden is jou bekend;-
**Fulltime beschikbaar tijdens de onboarding training**;-
- In verband met de onboarding training ben je beschikbaar om te starten op de 1e van de maand;-
- Verschillende shifts werken (doordeweeks en in het weekend) is voor jou geen probleem;-
- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;-

- op fulltime basis;-
- Na 3 maanden mogelijkheid om 3 dagen vanuit huis te werken (op fulltime basis);-
- 24 vakantiedagen en 8 ADV dagen op fulltime basis, met de mogelijkheid om extra dagen te kopen;-
