**Who are we?**
Get-e is a global provider of ground transportation management for businesses. We serve airlines, medical escorts, and corporate clients in over 110 countries and at more than 900 destinations. At Get-e, we provide professional business taxis, executive drivers, buses, and similar transportation for our extensive client base.

**What you tell others you do**:
As an Office Manager at Get-e, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operational HR processes. You are the first point of contact for both employees and management and ensure a structured and efficie
nt working environment.

**What you really do**:

- ** Administration and Organization**: You manage the complete HR administration, from contracts to absence registration, ensuring all operational processes run flawlessly.
- ** HR Policy**: You actively contribute to optimizing our HR policy and proactively participate in various HR projects.
- ** Support**: You are a listening ear for our employees and support them where needed. Additionally, you ensure connection within the team.
- ** Recruitment**: You work closely with the recruitment team to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

**What do we offer?**
- A salary up to €3500 based on a full-time workweek.
- A good pension scheme and 25 vacation days per year.
- Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometer.
- The possibility to work partly from home.
- A laptop and phone to perform your work effectively.

**Your profile**:
**What do you bring?**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Available for at least 32 hours per week, with a willingness to work at least 2 days a week at our office in Hoofddorp.
