JOUW ROL- Als Teamleider Logistiek ben jij het middelpunt van onze logistieke operatie. Samen met je team bepaal jij het succes van één van de grootste en meest geautomatiseerde distributiecentrums van Nederland. In de rol van Teamleider Logistiek ga je een deelproces op unloading/receiving, putaway/picking of packing/expeditie succesvol leiden.Jouw team bestaat uit 20 tot 30 operators en 2 tot 4 teamcoördinatoren die gespecialiseerd zijn in het proces. Jij enthousiasmeert en motiveert jouw team om doelen te realiseren en werkt constructief aan de ontwikkeling van je mensen. Je scant het proces, maar ook de mensen in het proces, waarbij het individu, maar ook de teamontwikkeling centraal staat.Dit is mogelijk omdat je dagelijks contact hebt met je collega’s in de Control Room. Dit is de verkeerstoren van ons warehouse, die jou adviseert over de aantallen, de ratio’s en daarmee de planning. In de functie van Teamleider Logistiek rapporteer je aan de Operations Manager.WAT GA JE DOEN?- Aansturen, coachen, ontwikkelen en beoordelen van de medewerkers in jouw team;
- Leiden van de dagelijkse operatie en verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van kpi’s en plannen;
- In samenwerking met je collega’s en de Control Room de juiste beslissingen nemen voor een optimaal totaalproces;
- Optimaliseren van de efficiency van mensen, middelen en machines;
- Verbetervoorstellen doen ten aanzien van het logistieke proces;
- Uitvoeren van metingen, rapportages en analyses maken;
- Voeren van functionerings
- en beoordelingsgesprekken, verzuimbegeleiding;
- Zorgdragen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.

WAAR ZIJN WIJ NAAR OPZOEK?- Van nature ben jij een peoplemanager en hebt eerder een team aangestuurd in een vergelijkbare werkomgeving;
- Je bent ambitieus, een aanpakker en stressbestendig;
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar werkervaring opgedaan in een dynamische werkomgeving;
- Je bent inventief in je oplossingen en hebt een pro actieve werkhouding;
- Fulltime beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar in twee shifts.
- Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
