MAG45 is een groeiende en internationale organisatie met kantoren in Europa, Azië en Noord-Amerika. Onze klanten zijn toonaangevende, vaak multinationale, bedrijven in de hightech machinebouw, medische technologie en farmacie.

Het back office team bestaat uit 12 collega’s, samen hebben jullie een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie; jullie zijn namelijk (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de leverbetrouwbaarheid en daarmee tevreden klanten.

MAG45 levert onderdelen die noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren van organisaties in het algemeen (bijvoorbeeld kantoorartikelen) en voor reparatie en onderhoud van productiemiddelen (bijvoorbeeld reserveonderdelen en gereedschap).

Benieuwd naar je taken? Hierbij een overzicht:

- Identificeren van inkoopbehoeften en zorgen voor tijdige materiaalbeschikbaarheid (orderboek beheer);
- Plaatsen en administratief verwerken van klantorders;
- Monitoren van processen, bewaken van projecten en verbeteren waar nodig;
- Samenwerken met collega's van customer service, warehousing en sales;
- Fungeren als contact persoon voor vragen van klanten en het vriendelijke afhandelen van klachten;
- Monitoren, bewaken en verbeteren van interne KPI’s.

- Ervaring hebt met het werken in een ERP-systeem, zoals Microsoft Dynamics;
- 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar bent;
- Uitstekende beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Houdt van de hectiek en dynamiek van een internationale werkomgeving.
