**Conduct & Ethics Compliance Awareness Intern**
As a **Conduct & Ethics Compliance Intern**, you will have the opportunity to create dynamic awareness programs tailored for various audiences, from senior managers to regular members. You'll play a key role in updating our Code of Conduct, making it more engaging and user-friendly. Your innovative strategies will help embed ethical concepts across all levels. This role involves exciting research, stakeholder coordination, and impactful communication, ensuring our Code of Conduct resonates with everyone in the organization.

**Day to day**:

- Conduct research on conduct and ethics compliance best practices.
- Identify and suggest enhancements to current practices.
- Assist in developing awareness programs for different organizational levels.
- Create engaging content to promote the Code of Conduct.
- Assist in implementing strategies to embed ethical concepts organization-wide.
- Assist in coordinating updates to the Code of Conduct.
- Manage stakeholder input and follow-up on feedback.
- Suggest ideas to make the Code of Conduct user-friendly.
- Collaborate with departments for consistent messaging.
- Organize workshops and training sessions on conduct and ethics.

**Essentials**:

- Background in communications or behavioural science.
- Passion for ethics and compliance.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

**Extras**:

- Experience with project management.
- Familiarity with corporate compliance programs.
- Knowledge of behavioral change theories.
- Proficiency in creating digital content.

**Compensations**:
The internship will start in February. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
