- creative print expert in which you develop and execute printed packaging within a dynamic team.
- In this role you are a spider in the web between internal stakeholders, external agencies and print suppliers. You'll are in control of all incoming and outgoing communication and you are the leading expert for complex graphical challenges.

An expertise role for an expert with complex challenges within the graphical chain:

- Technical artwork, lithography and print productions.
- Process owner for organization/people during the process of new printed packaging material.

Injecting print technical expertise and managing expectations of:

- Brand and Marketing managers/Project Managers
- Customers - B2B
- Runability of printed material on the production lines of major importance. It is business critical.
- Deadline driven, problem solving, OOS situations of raw material/ packaging material. Understanding different cultures and communication within external partners (Printers/agencies).
- Expertise role for complex issues within the graphical chain specifically: prepress/lithography execution. Expertise knowledge on the several printing process (Gravure;
- Flexo;
- (dry) Offset;
- Direct printing) in relation to the used substrates. Knowledge of the technical parameters and color profiling for each printing process. Build the correct technical prepress files to ensure tooling production.

You will be accountable for:

- Co-Creation of design and artwork for printed packaging on global level for both FrieslandCampina Brands and Retail Brands packaging. Understand the deep knowledge of our brands i.e. brand guidelines, brand identity and create accordingly while being the gate keeper.
- Leading and steering the Design2Print/GOLD process within Friesland Campina’s own developed workflow manager. Maximize continuation, deliverable and quality, ensuring on time in full delivery within the project community.
- Print guidinge at contracted printers to ensure the maximum achievable output and ensure correct printing according to any brand identity.
- Understanding of common role and functions within the supply chain; MRP planners and role and functions within supply points related to printed packaging and QA. Trusted Advisor for all packaging production plants. Deadline driven, problem solving, OOS situations of raw material/ packaging material
- Participating in multidisciplinary project teams. You are able to understand the deliverables within the team and act upon. Understand complex processes within external partners, internal stakeholders and geographical culture differences.
- Ensuring the correct interpretation for design runability of print components on any production line within FrieslandCampina’ s supply points. Handle the effects of design interpretation and technical features in relation to brand consistency.
