**Compliance Paralegal**

In de Benelux is Taylor Wessing actief vanuit haar vestigingen in Amsterdam, Brussel en Eindhoven.

**De functie**

Als Compliance Paralegal breng je samen met de partners, advocaten, (kandidaat-)notarissen en support medewerkers van Taylor Wessing in kaart wie onze (potentiële) cliënten zijn en signaleer je eventuele risico’s. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de organisatie als het gaat om Know Your Customer (KYC)-, Wwft-, sanctie
- en data privacy wetgeving gerelateerde vragen.

Het takenpakket:

- Je bent operationeel actief betrokken bij de naleving van KYC-, Wwft
- sanctie
- en data privacy wetgeving;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het actualiseren en completeren van de cliëntenonderzoeken;
- Je signaleert risico’s gerelateerd aan de cliënt en de gevraagde dienstverlening aan de hand van diverse onderzoeksbronnen, en verricht nader onderzoek naar de gesignaleerde risico’s;
- Als jouw analyse aangeeft dat er documenten ontbreken of onjuist zijn, ben jij degene die hierover in contact treedt met partners, advocaten, (kandidaat-)notarissen en betrokken cliënt.
- Je monitort risico’s zowel voorafgaand als tijdens de dienstverlening;
- Je ondersteunt en adviseert bij het uitvoeren van onderzoeken naar de herkomst van middelen bij transacties;
- Je werkt samen met partners, advocaten, (kandidaat-)notarissen en support-medewerkers om hen bewust te maken van de geldende regels en het belang van een integere bedrijfsvoering.

**We need you**

De ideale kandidaat heeft een afgeronde MBO- en/of HBO-studie. Daarnaast heb je een sterk ontwikkeld onderzoekend en analytisch vermogen. Je bent stressbestendig, nauwkeurig, representatief en proactief. Ervaring op het gebied van KYC, Wwft of Compliance is een pré. Tot slot verwachten we dat je beschikt over zowel goede mondelinge
- als schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
