**Functieomschrijving**

Binnen het bedrijfsbureau van het Care en Public Health Research Institute (CAPHRI) zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven, proactieve, allround communicatiemedewerker.

Als communicatiemedewerker weet jij onze doelgroepen op een aantrekkelijke manier te informeren en te enthousiasmeren over CAPHRI door informatie te vergaren en deze op passende wijze, via verschillende communicatiekanalen te verspreiden. De content die je maakt, draagt bij aan de positionering van CAPHRI, spreekt de doelgroepen aan en nodigt uit om ons en onze community te blijven volgen.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de interne en externe communicatie van het instituut. Je beheert de website en social-mediakanalen en je overziet de communicatieactiviteiten van de verschillende kernactiviteiten van CAPHRI.

**Dit ga jij doen**:

- Je neemt het voortouw in het opzetten van de CAPHRI communicatiecommissie en samen met de deelnemers haal je content op voor interne en externe communicatiekanalen.
- Je vertaalt content naar communicatie die verschillende doelgroepen binnen en buiten CAPHRI aanspreekt en activeert; Het gaat hierbij zowel om tekstuele (NL en ENG) als visuele content.
- Je beheert onze website en intranetkanaal zodat deze altijd up-to-date zijn en ontwikkelt deze ook door.
- Daarnaast creëer je periodiek diverse nieuwsbrieven gericht op verschillende doelgroepen.
- Je beheert en monitort onze socialmedia-kanalen en vertaalt informatie naar social media content.
- Je maakt uitnodigingen voor events, webinars ed. en monitort de aanmeldingen en de opvolging daarvan.
- Je ondersteunt de Managing Director bij het voorbereiden van interne rapportages zoals jaarverslagen, onderzoeksvisitaties en Planning en Control stukken.
- Je bent de drijvende kracht achter activiteiten die bijdragen aan community building en relatiebeheer.
- Je draagt bij aan de invulling van het CAPHRI-alumnibeleid.
- Events organiseren in samenwerking met het secretariaat.

**Functie-eisen**
- Je bent resultaatgericht, creatief, pro-actief en neemt initiatief - we zoeken een echte “doener.”
- Je werkt gestructureerd, acteert snel en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je beschikt over organisatiesensitiviteit, bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Verbindend, in staat om relaties te leggen en te onderhouden.
- In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
- Een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
- Ervaring met schrijven van creatieve teksten of informatieve teksten is een pré.
- Bij voorkeur 1-2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met werken in een content managementsysteem, met tools voor monitoring en met relevante ICT programma’s.

**Als Communicatiemedewerker Care and Public Health Research Institute (CAPHRI)** **bij Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences** **kom je in dienst bij de meest internationale universiteit van Nederland in het prachtige Maastricht. Verder bieden wij je**:

- Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. De functie is ingeschaald in schaal 8 conform UFO-profiel Communicatiemedewerker met bijbehorende salarisinschaling op basis van ervaring tussen €3072,00 en €4103,00 bruto per maand (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur per week). In aanvulling op het maandsalaris zijn een 8,0% vakantie-uitkering en een 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering van toepassing.
- Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor een periode van 12 maanden met een omvang van 0,6 - 0,8 FTE. Bij gebleken geschiktheid zal de arbeidsovereenkomst omgezet worden in een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd.
- Bij de Universiteit Maastricht staat het welzijn van onze medewerkers hoog in het vaandel, zo hanteren we flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken indien de aard van je functie dit toelaat. Hiervoor ontvang je maandelijks een thuiswerk
- en internetvergoeding. Kom je fulltime bij ons werken, dan heb je jaarlijks recht op 29 vakantiedagen en 4 extra feestdagen, te weten carnavals maandag, -dinsdag, Goede Vrijdag en Bevrijdingsdag. Maak je gebruik van de mogelijkheid om compensatie-uren op te bouwen, dan komen hier nog eens 12 dagen bij. Daarnaast kun jij jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden personaliseren aan de hand van een cao-keuzemodel.
