About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ECommerce Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely order processing and shipping.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and administration of billing and finance using VARIO 8 Software AG
  • Responsibility for dunning and correspondence with customers regarding complaints or returns
  • Credit and commission statements, general administrative activities, master data maintenance, order and shipping processing (international), and logistics management

Requirements include:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a degree in business administration
  • Basics of accounting, finance, billing, and goods traffic (warehouse, items, shipping, customs)
  • German and English spoken and written, professional experience with a merchandise management system, confident handling of MS Office programs, initiative, and flexibility
  • Friendly, competent demeanor, and ability to work in a team
