Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Ecommerce Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and administering billing and finance using VARIO 8 Software AG, handling dunning, corresponding with customers regarding complaints or returns, and managing credit and commission statements.
You'll also be responsible for general administrative activities, master data maintenance, order and shipping processing (international), logistics management, and case management (ticket system).
RequirementsWe're looking for a candidate with a successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a degree in business administration. You should have a solid understanding of accounting, finance, billing, and goods traffic (warehouse, items, shipping, customs).
Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written, is essential. You should also have professional experience with a merchandise management system and be confident in handling MS Office programs.
