Customer Support Specialist Benelux

Your team is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers worldwide. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a dynamic team of 16 highly motivated colleagues in our international Order To Bill department in Maastricht. You will act as an ambassador for our Bayer Medical Care BV organization, ensuring that Bayer's direct customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through maintaining positive relations with each customer and providing excellent levels of service via all contacts made.
  • Support the Order to Cash and reverse logistics process on a customer level by executing order intake and order entry, confirmation and coordination with credit management, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Handle customer complaints, both internal and external, via the defined complaint processes.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or experience in a business-related field.
  • Customer-focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Organized, structured, and excellent in coordinating and multitasking.
  • Capable of working in a team as well as independently.
  • Perfect command of Dutch and English language is a must, French is a plus.
  • Good practice in MS office; SAP application experience adds value.

What Bayer Offers:

  • A gross monthly salary between €2900 and €3100 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your education and work experience.
  • An additional 8% holiday allowance, year-end premium, and a bonus (based on company results).
  • 34 days of leave.
  • You have the option to work from home, but we expect you at least 2 days per week at the office.
