About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at DTCjob.com. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the DTC e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer product and service guidance to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer support system.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and assist them in using our products and services effectively.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and service processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or willingness to learn.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Empathy, patience, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
