About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Advisor to join our TEV+ team at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer, monitor, and escalate cases of a specific customer group to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Support or resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or incidents in accordance with policies, procedures, and targets.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and case follow-ups while managing existing customer queries in accordance with The Mercedes-Benz Way.
  • Communicate with various departments to guarantee efficient procedures and maximize customer satisfaction.

  • A competitive salary based on 40 hours/week, with a starting salary of €2885 gross (net: approx. 2370).
  • An extensive initial training of up to 3 months to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
