Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an Italian-speaking Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Advocacy Team in Maastricht. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers retain their passion for Mercedes-Benz.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and line managers to identify and address recurring issues.
- Develop and implement customer-focused initiatives and programs to improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize customer support software and CRM systems to effectively manage customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Fluent Italian and good level of English language skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and experience using customer support software and CRM systems.

- Competitive gross monthly salary of €2885 for 40 hours of work per week.
