About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Maastricht. As a key member of our Order to Bill department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Order to Cash and reverse logistics process by executing order intake and entry, confirmation, and coordination with credit management, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Handle customer complaints, both internal and external, via defined complaint processes.
  • Work closely with global and local functions within our Maastricht organization to organize and execute orders.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate or experience in a business-related field.
  • Customer-focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Organized and excellent in multitasking.
  • Capable of working in a team as independently.
  • Perfect command of English and Swedish or Norwegian language is a must.
  • Communication in Finnish adds value.
  • Good practice in MS office; SAP application experience adds value.

What We Offer
  • A gross monthly salary between €2900 and €3100 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your education and work experience.
  • An additional 8% holiday allowance, year-end premium, and a bonus (based on company results).
