Organon is recruiting for a student to join the Global Procurement Supplier Management department by Jan 30, 2025, for a full-time 5-month internship.

The role will be at Organon Oss and can be partially remote.

Department responsibilities are the implementation of best practices in sourcing and managing suppliers. Streamline processes, reduce waste and enhance overall productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of KPI’s and creation of supplier scorecards
- Sending out Surveys and maintaining scorecards
- Supporting other Supplier Relationship Management related activities like SharePoint development & maintenance
- Collaborating with the Supplier Development & Performance Management Team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support with project management activities

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Current student in business administration, technical business administration, international business or supply chain management
- Your skills in English language are excellent and Dutch is a benefit
- You are persistent in collecting required information and you can execute in-depth evaluation and analysis
- You would like to be part of an internationally diverse team, and you can work cross-functionally with a remote team
- You are looking for an internship assignment where you get the space for your own initiative
- Independent and self-organized because we do not work from the office every day

**Application Process Timeline Overview (holiday season delays expected)**:
