**Dit ga je doen**
- In een wereld van AI en digitalisering wordt de chatbot steeds belangrijker. Met persoonlijke dialogen en 24/7 service kunnen klanten direct zaken regelen. Een goed geoptimaliseerde chatbot is de oplossing, want mensen willen snel geholpen worden. Chatbots doen meer dan alleen FAQ's beantwoorden; ze zijn digitale collega’s die dankzij data en technologie een centrale rol spelen in organisaties. Bij Budget Thuis trainen wij onze chatbot en voicebot dagelijks om slimmer om te gaan met 400.000 klantvragen per jaar. Een uitdagende taak die creativiteit en ondernemerschap vraagtOm Chatbot Buddy naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zoeken wij een Conversation Designer met focus op content. Jij;
- Tilt de content van Buddy naar een hoger niveau;
- Identificeert organisatie
- en klantbehoeften;
- Je kijkt en luistert veel mee met klanten en klantadviseurs, zodat je weet welke verbeteringen het beste helpen;
- Hebt een sterke visie op contentoptimalisatie;
- Zorgt voor consistentie in content (copywriting, visuals, video), tone of voice en bot persona;
- Bouwt en optimaliseert (transactionele) dialogen qua structuur en flows;
- Kijkt met onze partners naar verbetermogelijkheden qua techniek en nieuwe features;
- Analyseert en gebruikt sessiedata voor doorontwikkeling.
Het is belangrijk dat jij hierbij begrijpt dat de wereld van Conversation Design continu verandert. Je hebt dus een visie op het vak, en denkt vooruit in trends en innovatiekansen. Daarnaast haal jij er plezier uit om de ogen en oren van de organisatie te zien. Je snapt wat leeft in de organisatie, haalt proactief informatie op, werkt hiervoor samen met andere afdelingen en vertaalt dit door richting klanten via de chatbot. neem jij nooit genoegen met de zin ‘Helaas kan ik je niet helpen.’, solliciteer dan nu
**Dit doe je graag**
- Jij bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het succes van onze virtuele assistent Buddy;
- Je haalt proactief juiste informatie op binnen (en buiten) de organisatie om te vertalen naar chatoptimalisatie;
- Je denkt vanuit een cross channel aanpak (chatbot in relatie tot andere kanalen);
- Je denkt mee over techniek, AI en innovatie en hoe we de chatbot toekomstbestendig maken én houden.
**Wat breng je mee?**
- Beschikt over een HBO/ Academisch werk
- en denkniveau;
- Beheerst en schrijft de Nederlandse taal heel goed;
- Ervaring met Conversation Design;
- Bent gepassioneerd over (geautomatiseerde) service en ziet snel mogelijkheden om Buddy te verbeteren;
- Volgt de laatste conversation design trends en zet deze in voor chatbotoptimalisatie;
- Begrijpt dat het conversation design vak volgend jaar alweer anders is door technologie en AI, en speelt hier slim op in;
- Pakt graag een centrale rol in de organisatie, werkt samen met meerdere teams, en haalt en brengt proactief informatie.
